My Morning Breakfast Routine.

These are the ingredients to my breakfast, Sometimes the fruit choice changes, but usually it's always the same ingredients.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of Milk (I usually use Soy, or Almond)

1/2 cup of Frozen fruit (today it was Blueberries)

1 serving of 60g Mocha Protein. It's just a scoop.

3 tsp of Instant coffee (I love coffee)

1 tsp chia seeds (gives it a nutty flavor, also great source of fiber)


If you are worried about calories in your breakfast you really shouldn't be, The milk, and fruit have about 100 calories a piece, and the protein powder has 170. So to be FULL, and have your source of vitamins for the morning on just 370 calories is a GREAT breakfast.

You should really give this a try for a week. It really is healthy, and keeps your body fueled.

How To Shop Target On The Cheap.

He cracks me up. I thought his Doggy was possessed. All I heard was it repeating itself. I go to investigate, and he's helped himself to toys in the closet, even bite marks on the baby food. It's like he had it planned. and wanted the dogs to play together. Or, he's just greedy, and wanted one of each color!

I got those Fisher price dogs for $3.00 each last time Target had a huge toy sale right before Easter. They had released 50% off coupons, then I had a $5.00 off Manufacturer coupon that you can stack with a Target store coupons.

You should always check the coupons on Target.com, and check your stock of Manufacturer coupons.

Here is what a printed Target coupon resembles, and the reason why you can use it with a manufacturer.

You can also use a Target Cartwheel Coupon, and a Target Mobile Coupon with the Manuf, and Target Store Coupon.  Target has amazing deals when things are on sale, and you have all these ways to save.

Targets coupon policy is, You can use 1 of each on ONE item per shopping trip. But, if its a totally different item, you can do the same again, and stack a target, and manufacturer together. You can also print 2 per computer. So keep that in mind.

A manufacturer coupon will always say Manufacturer on it, along with expiration dates, and rules to use the coupon.

If the stores policy says you can stack a store, and manfaracturer coupon together, then its compeltely legit, but normally, most stores policy is Same # of items for # of coupons.

Another great perk for shopping at target is if you bring your own shopping bag, they will take .05 cent off your order. Also, if you sign up for the RedCard Debit (Its just a debit card linked to your actual bank account, and not the credit card, You could apply for the credit card too, but you really don't have to). The Redcard will give you 5% off your order, as long as you use the card as a form of payment.

Always check for CLEARANCE Items, Always! Sometimes you can get things for free, or even less than .10 cents with coupons.

I already have my stock pile for the year for things like air freshener, dish soap, health & beauty items. It is very possible to do without going all "extreme." I don't watch that show, and I am saddened that people are doing it for all the wrong reasons.

smiley360 Arm & Hammer Laundry

I received this full size bag of Arm & Hammer Crystal Burst Power Paks to review through Smiley360 for free. I really do not like doing laundry. To think about it, no one likes to do laundry. Let alone to take the time to measure things out. Sometimes even family members, or friends use too much or too little, and you have to wash a load all over again.

The packaging was easy to open, I just tore off the top slip, there's a ziplock at the top to keep the detergent fresh. Which I liked.

The smell itself isn't strong, just a fresh clean scent of baking soda.

I threw a Power Pak into the wash, it dissolved quickly as the water filled up, Added my clothes. And I could smell the clean laundry from the load in the hallway from just that one little pak.

I'm not one on overly flower, girly smells in my laundry soap, my perfume, and body sprays is a whole other story, I don't want the laundry soap smell to interfere with my perfume, so this is right up my alley, and I liked that it dissolved fast. And smelled as good as it did. Maybe they can come up with different smells, and have them in a sample size bag too, but other than that I really enjoyed using the Paks.

Usuage: Extremely easy.

Scent: Fresh OxiClean.

Would I buy?: Yes, I would.
