Skoshbox Monthly Products varies each month.

My family likes a variety of candies, and snacks.  I think there are too many variations of chocolate, sweet, salty, sour, goodness in the world to just settle for a single Countries version of them. This is why I was excited to find skosh box offers a taste of japan at your doorstep.

There are the regular monthly box, and then there are the premium boxes.  The Monthly box costs only $12.00, and that INCLUDES Shipping.  Even to just try something new! Each box comes with a sheet telling you what product is what, and the ingredients as well.  It may sound weird, but I even enjoyed reading it.

The Premium Box ($25.00/Free Shipping) has a lot of full size products, along with novelty candies (The Super Mario Candy were Cola Gummies that tasted just like Cola, They were also soft, and fresh.) The Chocolate sticks, and Vanilla Dipped Wafers were some of my favorites as well.  My 3 year old is autistic, and usually picky with what interests him, but he was completely into this box, and wanting to try each, and every single snack.  I didn't get any of the Panda Chocolate/White Chocolate Cookies because he ATE THEM all himself.  Some of my favorites out of this box were also the sour blue mini drops.  The box with the Teddy bear had Chocolate cookies in it, and they were almost too good to eat.. yes, almost.  We ate them.  Something about Japanese chocolate that reminds me of German Chocolate, it melts so perfectly, tastes, and texture are some of my favorite.

November Monthly Box ($12.00/Free Shipping) had candy, stickers, chocolate, and cookies.  I liked the variety of this box as well.  My mini grabbed the Caramel Corn Snacks first, and they were delicious.  I did manage to grab a few to sample.  What I also like about these Candies/Snacks, most are made of Rice, and can be ate by Gluten Free individuals, Not everything in the boxes are GF, but that's another reason I like Japanese snacks, and candy, they use Rice Flour instead of regular Wheat in most recipes! So keep that in mind too if someone is on a certain diet, and you are looking for fun candy to surprise them with.

It's easy to Join, and Sign up for skoshbox.  To find out more about skoshbox, check them out online at, http://skoshbox.com/

Also, month to month it's $12.00 for the Regular Monthly box, or if you do a 6 month subscription it's only $11.00/box.  Even bigger savings if you buy it for a year, it equals to $10.00/Box. Also remember this includes SHIPPING.

Overly impression, I enjoyed the chocolate, and uniqueness of all the candy, and snacks.  Honestly, I am a bigger fan of foreign chocolate than the regular chocolate that's at the impulse section at our grocery stores here in the states.  Just try something new! I love letting my son try things from different cultures, I never want to hear him say "Ew" to something, just because it isn't what is normally seen in the store.

Boxtera Monthly Subscription Snack Box! Lot's of healthier alternative snacks!

My Boxtera Monthly Subscription Box this month was cram packed with lots of health alternative snacks.  There were brands I already buy, along with brands I had not heard of, but are some of my new favorites.

Like these Sriracha Chips!

I had never tried this brand before, and for just 100 calories it was the perfect snack.  I'm also a very big fan of Sriracha sauce.  Usually companies mess up, and make the Sriracha taste like Spicy BBQ, when Sriracha Hot Sauce just has a nice heat to it, and doesn't overpower the flavor of the food itself.

I really liked the Garlic & Vegan Cheese Kale Chips that came in my Boxtera Box.  They were crunchy, perfectly seasoned, and my husband and I fought over these.  I did not want to share.

The Baked SeaWeed was also a hit.  This was my husbands favorite from out the box so far.  We are snacking here and there, and have not tried something we did not like yet.

While my 2 year old favorite were the Dehydrated Apple Chips, and Caveman Cookies.

There was honestly something in this box that we all enjoyed.  Boxtera one month non-gift is $35.00 plus $5.00 Shipping.  If you like natural snacks, and like to try products you may never have known about before this is worth the price, and them doing all the work delivering it to your front door.

Disclaimer: I received these products for free to review.  All photos, and opinions are my own.  My family loves snacks like these.  We also like to try different things.  Life is too short to be stuck on just boring snacks.  Hope you enjoyed the photos, and reading the review!

StarLooks January 2013 Monthly Subscription Box Review

Review by Life According To GreenVics

"Wake up, Grab a brush and put on a little make up."

January's Starbox is one of my favorites.  What a better way to start the new year with a beautiful metallic green "fancy" diamond line pencil, brown liner, Abby Rose bracelet, and "cuty peach" blush.  I've been vying to try a Starlooks brush, and this month had a 858 - Soft Small Dome Fluff Brush. Green is my favorite color so I am loving the metallic like fancy eye pencil, and the bracelet.

If you don't know what Starlooks is, it's a monthly subscription box that retails for $15.00, but has over 3-4 full size items that are worth x4 what the monthly cost is for subscribing.

I'm always on the prowl for great make up.  I'm not one to follow trends, or what's the best high-end product out there.  I just like to try different things, and monthly boxes like Starlooks makes it easy for people like myself, that would never try certain colors, and products.   I just recently started wearing make up in my 30's, and I'm starting to enjoy it more.  I always tell people being a mommy blog is not a dirty word,  we like make-up too, and want to feel beautiful.   I really believe if you are in a slump, and just don't feel like even going out, sometimes just sitting at home and trying different make-up helps to feel better.   It made me feel better today.

You can also check out my past Starlooks Starbox reviews to see how far I've come.

HealthySurprise.com Monthly Subscription Box Review

Healthy Surprise boxes are All Natural, Real Foods that are Vegan, Gluten Free, and Soy free.  This box had no chance in my house.  My whole family loves snacks like this.  This is a great way to break in the new year with eating better.  There is no excuse that you have no time, or the energy to buy healthy snacks.

I am hoping you all are a lot like I am when it comes to trying different snacks.  I enjoy a variety of things.  I can't eat the same thing day in, and day out so I like to switch things up.

This is a healthy monthly Subscription box called Healthy Surprise.  It really was a great surprise.  When the box came I opened it right away, and it was packaged in layers.  The first layer (Yes it was like receiving a gift!) had fruit bars, mango fruit leather squares, some bags of different kinds of dried fruit/nut/mixes.  There really was so many items I thought wow! but I wasn't done unpacking.  I then took out the 2nd layer and unwrapped to find huge bags of chocolate granola, more nuts/fruit, freeze dried fruit, chocolate macaroons. The Kale chips were really good too. There really is so much in these boxes that you have to try it.

Every box has full size items in them!! No sample sizes, or the same boring thing.  My family loved this box.  We are going wheat free.  My son enjoys the dried fruit (being he will not eat anything that is wet, so this is how I trick him into eating his vegetables, and fruits.) My husband has been wheat free for awhile now, and he loved the nuts/fruit mixes.  His favorite was one that had sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds in with the dried fruit.  We also fought over the macaroons to where I went out and found them at Whole Foods.. for $7.00!! You can get this whole box delivered to you for $33/month that has 16-20 servings, enough for 1-2 people.  I think it's a great deal considering we are human, and we need to eat! I'd much rather eat foods like this.  I also like that I can try different things, and they do all the work for me finding them. If I really like something, I know what to buy when I am out, and about.

Don't forget to send an abundance of love to Healthy Surprise on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.  I honestly believe more companies should care like this.

I received this box for free for my honest review, I was not paid to like, or post this.  I just like to try new things!

StarLooks December 2012 Monthly Subscription Happy Holidays! Box Review

Review by Life According To GreenVics

December was a generous, and beautiful month for Starlooks.com, Starbox!  When I thought the boxes could not possibly get any better than the last.. they did! I am always surprised by the quantity, and quality received.

This 15 pallet has a mixture of matte, and shimmer colors.  Usually I stay away from shimmer, but since this monthly box to me is all about trying products outside my comfort zone I tried the shimmery pinks, and greens.

Starlooks.com monthly subscription boxes can be purchased for $15.00/month, and can even be gifted.  If there is a month you didn't purchase, and would like to try,  you still can!!  Oh.. and shipping is FREE.

What I really enjoy about StarLooks is that I'm just your average 30 year old American Mom.  Sometimes I don't feel "pretty", so it really is nice to have a monthly box that is worth the $15.00, every product they send are full sizes, and top quality.  Usually they send 3-4 items.  Decembers box was retailed at $99! The eye shadow set was huge! ( It did not cost $99.00, December it was only $15.00!)

Check out my Reviews for Starlooks SeptemberOctober & November Boxes! Even as I look through past reviews I can personally tell that I am getting better at doing my own make up.  This box is playful, and I can't express how much I love that without going.. YAY I love Starlooks Monthly Subscription Box! I'm a busy Mom, that I don't have time to go out, and find new make up to try.  Starlooks makes it easy to have products delivered right to my front door.

StarLooks November 2012 Monthly Subscription Box Review

Life According To GreenVics Review

I felt as if Starlooks November Monthly Subscription Box was created specifically for me. This months theme was "Nasty Girl," these are shades I would've picked out too.  I like earthy tones, browns, greens, even silvers, and bronze.

As you can see I have fair skin, and dark hair.  The tendergloss lipstick I received compliments my dark features perfectly.  The lipstick made my lips soft from being a moisturizing gloss.  I like that I still look "natural," and not too glam.

The browshader came with four different colors.  I really do like the pigments.  They went on easily, blended no problem.  Mostly, I liked that this Nasty Girl look, looked good on me. Lol

If you don't know what Starlooks.com is, it's a Monthly subscription box that costs $15.00.  Usually the boxes come with 3-4 items.  I really enjoy these monthly boxes because it's something fun to do, and use.  Especially since sometimes I'm just not feeling like I'm "pretty," and the kids sucking my essence dry.  It reminds me I can still doll myself up, and get out side my comfort zone.  This box is helping me try things I would have never thought of trying before.

You can check out my Reviews for September, and Octobers Starlooks past monthly boxes too.  They've all been so much fun.  I'm looking forward to Decembers box!!

Welly, welly, welly, welly, welly, well. To what do I owe this extreme pleasure of this surprising visit?

Not sure if I was using the tool right, but when placed like this, I then applied mascara, and my eyelashes are already long, but I did make them look even longer after applying and useing the other side of the brush to brush them apart.

StarLooks Nasty Girl Monthly Make Up Box

Each box also comes with a quartz crystal.  The idea is to collect enough crystals to create a brush holder with them.  I can't wait til I have enough.

I received this makeup for free for my honest review.  You can check Starlooks out at Starlooks.com, Subscribe on Youtube, Like on Facebook and Follow on Twitter.

Also if there is a beauty lover in your family this would be a fantastic monthly gift!!  I just adore this monthly box.  It's always so playful.

These are fun monthly boxes.  Maybe you are a person that likes to mix things up, and try an abundance of new things.  Plus, the products are always top notch.

The clear quartz smaller crystals in the front are the crytals Starlooks sends in their monthly boxes. I collect a lot of things! These are completely perfect for my personality. I'm all for positive energy that helps me focus!

I don't have enough crystals to hold my brushes yet but I am getting there.

StarLooks September 2012 Monthly Subscription Box Review

StarLooks September 2012 Gift Box

Review by Life According To GreenVics

Starlooks.com is a $15.00/month Subscription box. This is the 2012 September Box. Included in the box are 6 Full Size products.  There are various signature sets that can be purchased separate if you like what was in your sample box.  The Makeup included in this months box were a 5 palette eye shadow, clear primer, little jewels for your eyes/brows/wherever you want.  And, a Quartz crystal.

StarLooks ranges from 3+ Full size products that are worth double the price of the box.  I was impressed with the products I received to review.  I also had fun trying the products out on myself.

Below is a Video I made showing that I received in the box, and how it is mailed.   Starlooks comes Gift Boxed, and really did make me feel like a star.

The fact that this box came with 5 monochromic eye shadows and a clear primer.  Along with the diamond jewels were a fun touch.  Septembers box was playful to me, and made me want to shine.

There is a Starlooks:Looksbook How-To on ideas to use what's being sent for the month.  Or, you can just create your own.  I just had fun with mine.  The Looksbook has some wicked ideas, and images.  I saw some past boxes that I wish I had known about before.

My Impression of Septembers Monthly box:  Playful! Fun! The diamonds made me feel classy, and like I was a Hollywood pinup.  I think this monthly subscription box is well worth the $15.00/Month.

Usually monthly boxes are just sample sizes, but StarLooks guarantee's full size products in each box.

KLUTCHClub, Get Ready For Summer Review & Giveaway

The month of Mays Get Ready for Summer KLUTCHclub was sponsored by Bright Pink, a nonprofit organization for preventention and early detection of breast & ovarian cancer. I think that was such a great cause, and really, well worth the subscription price to be a supporter of Bright Pink.

This is for my ladies out there, Here are Five Easy Steps To Do A Self Breast Exam. Prevention really is key, and we do need to be healthy in all aspects of life. Just because you think you're fine doesnt mean you are, you should still get yearly exams.

There was "More Than $100 of Products To Get You Ready!" in this months box.

First thing I tried when I opened the box was the ONE Coconut Water. Coconut water is full of electrolytes, and vitamins. I didn't like the coconut water warm, so I put the remaining into the fridge. Once it was cold, it wasn't bad, I could taste the sweetness, warm made it taste bitter.

Then I tried the Think Thin protein bars, The Chocolate Dipped Mixed Nuts Crunch Bar was just amazing, and had 10g of protein, and 4 grams of fiber. The Chunky Peanut Butter Bar had 20 grams of Protein, and 5 grams of fiber. They were a great treat with half the calories of a candy bar. Both bars were full of nuts, and did not taste at all like they were "overly" healthy for you. I would love to try more of the Think Thin bars.

I've been using the Hydroxatone’s Instant Effect 90 Second Wrinkle Reducer for a couple weeks now. My skin feels tighter, and I would like to believe I don't look thirty yet. It is softer, my face is glowing, and all I've been doing is washing, and using the serum.

Also in the kit there were digital $25.00 giftcards to Moving Comfort sports bras (Two of them, One for you, and one to share with a friend), also a YOGA Download for a free class.

The subscription price for a month for Klutch Klub is $18.00, that's not a bad price, considering you get giftcards, downloads, beauty products, and healthy snack alternatives. 10% of what was made went back to BrightPink.org.

Mays box was wonderful, I am also excited to announce I get to do a giveaway for one lucky follower! You can too try KlutchClub.

Only open to US, Residents.
