Gluten Free Mozzarella Sticks using Green Banana Flour #GlutenFree #Recipe #Spon

I wanted to try Let's Do.. Organics Green Banana Flour since I started on this journey to eat healthier foods.  What connected me with this flour was it's naturally gluten free, extremely low carb, and has a fluffier consistency than regular flour.  I decided to make Gluten Free, Low Carb Mozzerella Sticks.

You can find more great recipes and product reviews from our friends at the Village Bakery.

Ingredients Needed,

  • Mozz Sticks (I Used Skim Mozz Sticks to lower the Calories.)
  • Let's Do.. Organics Green Banana Flour
  • 100% Pure Olive Oil
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Parmesan Cheese Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Egg
  • Parchment Paper

First make the Dry Mix using the Green Banana Flour, Add in Italian Seasoning, Salt, Pepper, and Parmesan Cheese Powder, mix.

In a 2nd Bowl, Add the Egg.

Dip the Mozz Stick in the Egg, then into the plate with the Breading.  I repeated this step 2 Times,  There should be enough breading on the Mozz Stick that you can gently roll the Breading Tight.

Place the Sticks on a Plate with Parchment Paper.  Once you've Breaded all the Mozz Sticks, Freeze them for 20 mins.  This will help with the frying.

When it's time to fry them.  Make sure the Pan is lined with about 1/2inch of Oil, also, make sure the oil is hot enough to start frying them soon as they hit the Oil. Becareful, and they fry extremely fast. Fry both sides.

Enjoy with whatever sauce is your favorite.  I opted for Basil Pesto with mine since I am watching Carbs, and Sugar.  Check out other items from Let's Do.. Organics.

Next I am going to make a Curry using the Coconut Milk, and Roasted Flakes.  They also have organic canned veggies, coconut flours, gluten free sauces and other delicious goodies at reasonable prices for Organic Foods.  This is a sponsored Post, all Opinions are my own.
