DIY with Dell Laptop Replacement Parts.

I am a huge fan of fixing things myself.

Apple Bread using Rice Flour.

Preheat Oven to 350F,

3 Granny Smith apples
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons lemon juice

How to make the Bread:

2 1/2 cups Rice flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon instant yeast
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm water
2 1/4 teaspoons coconut oil

First take the apples, peel and core them.  Cut into thin slices.  Add Sugar, Cinnamon, and Lemon Juice. Bake in a glass dish for 15mins.

While the Apples bake,
Start your bread.  If you are wheat free, check out Rice Flour.

Mix the Rice Flour, Sugar ( I like mine sweet, so I use a full cup of sugar. Use Stevia, or whatever else you like to substitute.) Instant Year, salt, warm water, and I like to melt coconut oil, and mix into the bread mix.

Kneed into a ball, and work it into a thin sheet onto parchment paper.

I use parchment paper that way it's easy to bake.

Take your apple filling that should be cooling off by now, and add to the center of your flattened bread.  Fold the sides over.  And cut slices onto the top.  It doesn't have to be perfect, just slice where ever!

Bake on 350 for 20 minutes.

Mix melted butter, cinnamon, and sugar.  And rub on top the baked bread.

Put back in the oven to brown some more.

Bake for another 5 minutes.

Easy Gluten Free Meal, Spaghetti Squash!

Today my hubby made an Easy Spaghetti Squash Recipe for dinner,

Preheat Oven to 375 F, 

Preparing the Squash is as easy as cutting the Squash in half (It looks like an oversized Squash) Cut the tips first, then cut it in half using the rock back and forth method.  It also cooks quicker this time then whole.

You take the seeds, and pulp out.  You can also bake the seeds, and eat those if you want.  We didn't this time.

Before baking, add a little salt, garlic, pepper, and coconut oil, the flip it so it's Rind Side up to bake.

Bake for 35 minutes. 

When done baking, just take a fork, and scrap the insides out in a down ward movement.  It comes out looking like Spaghetti.

Other ways to cook:

Bake rind side up about 30 to 40 minutes at 375 F.
Microwave 6 to 8 minutes (let stand for a few minutes afterwards)
Boil 20 minutes or so.

Add whatever toppings,  We did a tomato, Tuscan veggy mix ontop.

Try it! Even just the Spaghetti Squash with salt, pepper, and butter tastes delicious on its own.

Airborne Blast of Vitamin C Review!

I am a huge fan of taking vitamins.  Especially this time of the year.  My new favorite vitamins are Airbornes Chewable Tablets.  Not only do they dissolve and remind me a lot like a cherry sweet tart.  They also are full of Vitamin C, and other crucial vitamins I believe the body needs.  Especially this time of the year.  We were -35 windchill the other day!!! Vitamins are a must right now for being cooped up inside.  I truly believe everyone should take their vitamins, and that everyday food amounts we consume does not have enough daily vitamins that we need. (this is what I believe, and why we should take vitamins ontop of our meals.)

My little one enjoyed the Airborne Kids Gummies.  I didn't have to tell him to eat them.  They taste delicious.

If chewable tablets, and vitamin gummies aren't something you like.  There are also the Airborne tablets that you can put into water, or your favorite juice, it fizzes and makes a great treat as well. There are many other ways to help, and try to do this.  Like Diet, Exercise, ontop of taking vitamins.  Everything helps.

Also if your resolution was to stop smoking - This would be a better alternative to go Chemical free with Gum too.  

Either way I personally believe this gum is a better substitute than a lot of things out there.

Barts Cookies was a delightful treat.  Honestly, the best way to describe these cookies is to compare a cookie, with 5 cookies on top with the trickery appearance of a cookie dough ball.  It really is a sinful treat. They were thick, moist, and full of  chocolate chips.  I tried the Chocolate Chips, and the Gluten Free White Chocolate.  They've earned there spot on the Gift Guide by just being how Chocolate Chip cookies should be.  Sweet! Awesome Deck of Awesome make the perfect gift.  I say this because wouldn't it be nice to just give someone a card that says they are awesome.  Even if it's for no reason. Stache Tats are the OG of Temporary Mustache Tattoos.  What makes these Holiday Gift Guide worthy are how unique, and playful Stache Tats are.  They were easy to apply, and to take off. California Delicious Gourmet Gift Sets made our rained in day a lot better. It may have been a gloomy, rainy day outside, but we still had  an al fresco California Delicious picnic inside. We love Cheese, and Meat Sets in this household.  What really impressed us were the layers of goodies, the freshness, and taste of everything in the set. Guylian Chocolates are artisan chocolates that are beyond Holiday Gift Guide worthy! I was blown away at the smoothness of the chocolate.
