Love my Ryobi Drill. Also bonus that it's easy to find replacement parts for it.

I grew up around builders, electricitians, and HVAC workers.  My dad is a master electrician, so there were always drills on chargers in our house.  My mom was the one that did HVAC work.  Actually built the boxes for vents out of sheet metal, and installed them to the wooden frames in homes.  My family has always been very hands on, and could fix things themselves because of that, I have inheritated that gene too.  The, Do It Myself, for things.  If I need something cut, nailed, or drilled.  I know how to.  I can even hang dry wall, and paint.  A lot of people don't know that about me.  But, I've done jobs installing insulation into attics before, it pays great.  Very physical job, but the pay is good.

Since I am a firm believer in, having the right tools for the right job.  I have discovered that Ryobi has the best price, and attachment parts for everything.  I have the drill, and what I like about it is, from bits, to lithium batteries, to even the motor in the drill all can be replaced if something goes wrong.  I tell people all the time that electronics aren't forever, that sometimes upkeep is a must.  So along with warranties, and parts! Anything can be fixed today for little, or even no money! Ryobi is just a great company. Replacement parts for the  Ryobi drill I have are very easy to find online. It's as simple as typing in a product number.

Harvey Prince Anti-Aging Perfume™ Review. Smell as young as you feel.

Who really wants to age? No one! With that being said, who really wants to smell old and musky either?? No one! I personally don't like perfumes that are too musky, and deep when one note overpowers the other. I'm a huge fan of perfume that plays off the skins natural chemistry.  Since our chemistry is natural, wouldn't it make more sense for companies to use natural oils too? You would think?  That is exactly what Harvey Prince has conjured up.  A perfume that has the anti-oxidant quality in grapefruits, and other natural oils.

I've had the enjoyment of tantalizing the senses with Ageless, the Anti-Aging Perfume™. My favorite thing about this perfume is, depending on myself, and my skin, I swear the scents change on me. Some days I can smell the grapefruit more, and other days I can really pick up the cherry blossom & vanilla. There are a ton of other notes that surprise me too. The notes are: pink grapefruit, pineapple, mango, apple, leafy green, pomegranate, jasmin, lily of the valley, cherry blossom, peony, soft musk, precious woods, and vanilla. Most just makes me hungry! It does smell delicious on the skin.  I am completely a creature of impulse, and feeling. I like my perfume to reflect that too. I have not met a Harvey Prince scent that I did not like! Or better yet, that did not like my skin.

Today is my birthday.  In celebration of turning 31, and the wonderful Harvey Prince, 5 of you have the chance to try Ageless too.  Go here to enter the giveaway! Thank you for the support! Giveaways are only fun when people enter! So, thank you for entering. <3

Harvey Prince Submariner Review (Natural Light Blue Aquatic Spray.)

Harvey Prince creates some of my favorite Natural Sprays.  If you've never heard of Harvey Prince, you should really try them out.  At first they started making Perfume for their Mom, a better alternative than the scents that were out there, and harsh on the skin.

Recently they started a mens scent called Submariner.  It's a light blue spray with aquadic notes.  I have bought my hubby other blue scents before from other colognes, but none of them have ever been Natural like Harvey Prince.  The notes are, Citrus, Nutmeg, Amber, Tonka, and Blonde Woods. Nothing is overpowering, or too musky.

I asked my husband what he thought about Submariner, and he said, "Effortless natural essence of a man." He likes the scent, and wears it before leaving for work.  It also lasts all day too.

Sometimes I come downstairs after he leaves for work, and I smell it in the air still.  Makes me miss him.

Even if they started off just doing scents for women, they have created something manly, and not overpowering with Submariner too.  I can't wait to see what other eco-friendly scents Harvey Prince comes up with.

Get fit. Get inspired. Get the dirt. Vinnie Tortorich Fitness Confidential Book Review.

Find it on Amazon for $4.99
Fitness Confidential is a fantastic, detailed book about Vinnie Tortorich. The Angriest Trainers twenty-two years in the Personal Training Business. The more I read the book, the more I related, and enjoyed how real Vinnie really is. I don't think he's an angry person, but angry at the gimmics sold to people that are reaching out for help. He's genuine, eccentric, and I felt as if he want's his clients to achieve everything he knows they can. Even if it takes pushing them to do it, or being a shoulder to cry on. Sometimes that's really all a person needs is a better mindset to succeed.

The first thing I noticed was when he asked the manager of a hollywood movie star "does she have the weight to lose?" That alone shows that he cares about their health, not just about numbers. I also completely agree with what he has to say about the overly processed, and sugar coated foods that has infected the nation. It is nice to see a trainer not believe in the word Diet, but more so in healthier life style changes by staying away from sugars, and grains.

I was extremely impressed by the information that is packed in this 159 page book. I feel lied to, I've been to plenty of dieticians from when I had gestational diabetes while pregnant. Then I just had pancreasitis, and I've cut back on things like red meat, and high fat grains. This book flows, and breaks things down more real, than just a set equation like we are robots. Vinnie makes me remember, we are human, and need that inner, and outter help.

Fitness Condifential has became my Holy Grail of healthier living. I'm guilty of using that word "diet" way too much. After reading this, I've promised myself not to call it a diet anymore. Not to worry about what I ate today, because I do need to eat. The "Remapping" Chapter is my favorite. Vinnie growing up was picked on, and punished at school a lot, but he did not become a victim. He became a Victor by getting into sports, and even going to the gym to work out after school. I really love stories like this. He didn't just become a personal trainer like some do on those new Reality TV Trainer Shows. He did it because it helped build himself into a great person. He shares this knowledge in the book, and on youtube.

Each chapter explains what most of us are doing wrong with how we perceive diet, and exercise, and why we shouldn't think, or follow the fab diet's any more. The more I read, the more I am learning what has been wrong with my mentality this whole time with wanting to be healthier. Even from things like Calorie in, and out, to The Food Pyramid. Reading Fitness Condifential truely is like peeking inside the mind of a successful trainer, that isn't in it for the money, or to push his work out gear or protein bars. He also overcame Cancer, did Chemo, and rebuilt his muscles. He is real. The advice in this book is real. I really need to check out his radio shows now. You should read the book too.  I've left a lot out,  it's just packed with a lot of information, along with Vinnies personal experiences.
