Fat Free Fettucini With Zero Calorie Noodles.

Tonight for dinner I made Fat Free Fettucini With Zero Calorie Noodles.  The noodles I used are by Skinny Dip. They are calorie free, carb free, and soy free.  So basically.. everything that is awesome!  The texture of the noodles are still like noodles..  I used two bags in my fettucini.  This is a recipe I made up on the spot that turned out delicious.

I sprayed the pan with a little buttery Emerils cooking spray.

Added,

Two bags of Skinny Dip Noodles,
Dried Onions 3tsp,
Garlic Seasoning 2tsp,
1/2 cup of Spinach Dip that is fat free because it is made with Greek Yogurt.
1/4 cup of Fat Free Milk, low heat simmered.
1/2 cup of Fat Free Mozz Natural Shredded Cheese. (Or whatever amount you like! I like to eye ball things.)

Then when it's almost done,

Added Fresh Leaf Baby Spinach, Stirred, let set for a little, and stirred again.

 It really tastes delicious.  It's tricking me into thinking it's regular pasta.

I also did a few home made crab cakes with just egg whites, chopped up red onions, garlic seasoning, old bay, parsley, marjoram and almond flour (barely any flour, I like my cakes to be mostly crab.)

Hubby is loving that I am cooking again.   Maybe he will clean the mess I made in the kitchen??

Strawberries are in season!!

I absolutely love dehydrated strawberries.  Not only do they last a long time, but also I only paid about $5.00 for 5 LBs.  My 2 year old will not eat any thing that is sticky, but he will tear up some strawberry dehydrated chips.  

I give these to him with his cereal in the morning, and his own little bags as snacks throughout the day like chips.  It's a much better alternative! 

I made these in my 4 tier Nesco Dehydrator.  The great thing about this dehydrator is I can buy extra tiers (Which I am doing soon!) Makes it a lot easier to dehydrate a lot at once.

Beehive Cheese Co. Review, Perfect Gift for that Cheese Loving Foodie.

We are a cheese loving family.  We are just starting to get back into doing "Cheese of the Week." We used to do this every week before Sy was born. We did it with Wine also.  So when I tried Beehive Cheese Co. recently, I immediately emailed the company to praise them on the quality of the cheese.  I don't think enough companies get positive feedback when deserved.

The moment I bit into the cheese, I may have started talking dirty to it.  The cheese is THAT good.  The sampler pack I received to review had four different cheeses.

Big John Cajun (Secret Cajun Recipe),Seahive (Real Seasalt & Wildflower honey), Teahive (with Black Tea & Bergamot), and Barely buzzed (Espresso, need I say more? I had tried the Barely Buzzed before, and that is what made me contact the company) are all worthy of experiencing.  Great texture on the tongue, easy to serve.  The tastes are simply amazing.

I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to Potty Training.  I also have no problem admitting I am a first time mom either! This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Huggies Pull-Ups.

I keep calling the Monsters U Training pants his big kid underwear.  He has noticed the texture is different than his other diapers already. He also climbed up onto the toilet himself.  Now what? I am willing to try anything that makes this fun, and interesting for him.  He starts therapy for speech, and sensory soon at Childrens Hospital.  I am always trying to find ways to keep his interest for learning new things.  To express himself (He's non-verbal right now.) and tell me he has to go will mean so much to me.  So far, so good! This is when that No Fear Mentality will come handy.

To get Sy excited about being on the potty we also kept the Monsters U theme going by making some cookies as a treat.  I am proud of him for even sitting on the potty without throwing a fit. I also have a surprise for him when he uses the potty for the first time.  It hasn't happened yet, but I have been watching him like a mama hawk, and ready to put him on the toilet when I see him stop to go (This kid is always on the go, and into something.)
