#MyAdventure To Live A Barrier Free Life #GetOUTThere @NaturesValley

Disclaimer: This is a sponsored post, all aspects of Get Out There is genuine! My story, and Eriks, are genuine.  Read more about them below.

Ask yourself; What is something that you've accomplished that you didn't know you had it in you? Either physically, or mentally breaking the barrier. What else do you want to do now?

The thing about life, and breaking barriers is.. There will always be a barrier to break. To overcome, and to get farther on the path you are venturing through.

For me, it's my leg. I refuse to let my leg bum me out. I still go hiking, canoeing and camping even with an Open Reduction Internal Fixator in my leg with cadavers. I know working that muscle, and setting goals for myself puts me in that I Can Do Anything I Put My Mind To Mentality. That to me is a great mind set to have. Healthier eating habits are also a must. I think you have to have both to strive, and always give things a chance. Remind yourself, you are doing your best, and your best is to keep going.  I remind myself all the time, it's one step at a time, and all those steps add up.

When I first read  Erik Weihenmayer motivational story about the boundaries he breaks to show others you go after the things you want to accomplish in life. No matter what. I could relate to him, on that aspect you do it, you do whatever you want to do, and achieve it no matter what.

Erik is the only blind adventurer to climb to the seven highest summits in the world. His latest expedition? To kayak the Grand Canyon’s Colorado River! How amazing is that!? Erik reminds me that life is about achieving that goal, while never giving up, once you do make it, you keep at it, you make new goals. You go on that great adventure, because that's what life is about, all those adventures that do add up, that we all go on.
