Herbal Essences Naked Collection Review! Grapefuit & Mint, Zero Heavy Residues, Dyes, and Parabens.

I may have a  teeny, tiny obsession with Herbal Essences.  So when I was giving the opportunity to review the new Herbal Essences Naked Collection to facilitate a review, and Giveaway (Congratulations Gayle!!) I squealed at the chance, and couldn't respond fast enough to the email.

First I had to do a video on ordering the Herbal Essences Naked Collection online from  It was as simple as searching The Naked Collection, in the top search bar on, and clicking the Box Set to purchase.  I opted to purchase the collection, and have it sent to my local Walmart for FREE in store pick up.  Since that was all I was purchasing, and Shipping would have been free for a cart full of more than $25.00 I thought the in-store pick up was more money savvy.. Go here to see that Video on How to Order the Herbal Essences Naked Collection from Walmart here.

Second, comes the fun part after having the Naked Collection in home, The actual review for it.

Say hello, to The Naked Collection by Herbal Essences with Grape Fruit, and Mint.

For reviewing this, First I didn't wash my hair for a few days.  I'm a proud mommy of a 3 year old, and I also don't believe in washing my hair everyday anyways for it's natural oils. Instead of washing my hair, I woke up, and used the Naked Collection Dry Shampoo.

HERBAL ESSENCES HAS DRY SHAMPOO NOW!! Sorry for CAPSING you, but Yay, I got this excited to when I saw they brought back the Pink Rose Herbal Essences Collection too.

If you've never tried a Dry Shampoo, seriously, try this one.  It's affordable, and it does the work.  It goes on like a powder dry spray.  It's not visible, but just helps get the grease shine out when brushed through. Dry shampoo is great if you are traveling, camping, or just got out the gym and didn't have time to shower.

The Shampoo lathered up well, and was easy to wash out.

The Conditioner was easy to smooth through out my hair.  And, to rinse out.

Once out, I used a little of the Naked Volumizing Souffle, and dried my hair.

The scent of the Naked Collection isn't strong, I am a hair sniffer.  When smelling my hair, I can smell the Mint, but it isn't over powering.  I think it smells good! Also love how Shiny, and dark my hair looks from the Volumizing Souffle.

Overall Impression of the New Herbal Essences Naked Collection:  Well worth the $12.99 for the Boxed Set! The scent is light, and clean from the Grapefruit & Mint.  The Shampoo & Conditioner have zero heavy residues, dyes and parabens.
