My Nutrisystem Freezer Meals came!

All I can say is Wow! Before I started Nutrisystem I did not even know the extent of the products offered.  I'm blown away at the variety of meals, and honestly my weakness has always been Pastas, and Sweet treats.   Since this is my first month, and I have 100+ Lbs to lose, this is helping me stay on track.
My weigh in is on Sunday,  and Monday I am going to post more detail, and photos of some of this past weeks favorite meals.  If you aren't already a friend on facebook, you should Like my Facebook Fan Page.  I do post meal photos here, and there too as well.

I've also noticed the Support in the Nutrisystem Community on their facebook, and if you sign up for Nutrisystem there is this massive support systems via forums, and people that share the same goals as you.  The first day I signed up, and introduced myself in the Newbie Forum for March I was greeted, and friend requested by others that share the Journey.  That really means a lot.  I also really enjoy the interaction on Nutrisystems Facebook.  I shared a photo of my lunch yesterday,  It was Nutrisystem Kung Pao Chicken Noodles, over artisan salad,  tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, and sriracha ontop (I love spicy.)

Nutrisystem made me giggle, and smile.  "Weigh" to be awesome, and make it easier for me.  I sometimes lack motivation, and it's nice to see things like this.   Love that they responded back to me.  =)

I really think being creative, and not bored with the food will make me enjoy, and understand the program better.  I'll go into more details about the diet then.

Did you know Nutrisystem offers these plans??  It's not just shelf food!

    1. Thank you Lanie Craig! =) It's really good, I think if you just add things you generally enjoy with the meals (veggies, fruits.) What they consider Powerfuels, like proteins, cheeses, etc, and Smart Carbs it's totally do able with this diet.

  5. I have always wished I could see what an actual person thought of these. You just can never tell for sure with a commercial. Can't wait to read about your progress and I just might check out that starter kit you mentioned in a comment myself. Thanks for another great review :)

    1. Hi Janette!! Thank you for all the kind words, and making me smile. You inspire me to keep going. I do think the 7 day starter kits would be ideal to just give it a test run to see if you like it. There is even a 10 day freezer food meal kit on Nutrisystems website too. I love the freezer breakfast foods, cuz I wake up, usually I eat the already made omelets and just heat them up. Make my protein shake, and eat my breakfast. I'm not a big morning person so I have to force myself to do this, but it's getting much easier.
